The Flat Bed CNC Lathe – LAN 40 is a heavy-duty CNC turning machine designed for stable and precise machining of large workpieces. With a swing over bed of 1016 mm (40″) and a swing over cross slide of 670 mm (26.4″), it provides increased machining capacity for larger components while maintaining strong cutting stability and operational flexibility.

Built on a rigid flat-bed structure with a bed width of 510 mm, the LAN 40 delivers excellent rigidity for both general machining and heavy-duty turning applications. Its extended distance between centers—ranging from 1200 mm up to 6200 mm—makes it particularly suitable for long shafts, rollers, and industrial components. With flexible spindle configurations and optional tooling systems such as hydraulic turrets, the LAN 40 offers a reliable solution for workshops requiring stable performance in medium-to-large part machining.
