1. Ultra High Torque Gearbox for Heavy Cutting
M code 4 step auto shifting with hardened, precision ground gears; example peak torque 6,692 kg m (278× motor torque). Longer headstock/spindle and larger bearings/gears deliver higher rigidity and torque than FA N.
2. Large Bore, Rigid Spindle
Three point bearing support with 6″~21″ spindle bores; optional twin chucks; front/rear manual 4 jaw, 3 jaw, or pneumatic chucks available.
3. Extra Wide 4 Slideways + Auxiliary Guide
One piece bed with hardened/ground ways; bed width (incl. auxiliary guide) 1,165 mm. All rotating parts are individually and final assembly dynamically balanced; optional half length cross slide for pass through steady rest cutting.
4. Long Travel Precision Z Axis
REDEX preloaded double helical pinion + GUDEL precision rack with linear scale (8–12 m); added ballscrew supports for BC 4,150–7,150 mm; Z axis 1:4 gearbox; optional high precision CF axis with high ratio reducer.
5. One Button Quick Change & Customization
Quick change among turret, milling head, heavy duty boring bar holder, and grinding unit; supports dual saddles / Y axis turret; box way X axis; rotating quill tailstock Ø185/250/350 with collision/backward protection.
