New gear ratio design with automatic 4 step gear change. All gears with hardness and high accuracy grinding.
2. Large Spindle Bore with High Rigidity Headstock
Three point spindle bearing support for spindle with optional 6”–21” large spindle bores, suitable for oil country applications.
3. Ultra Rigid Bed with 4 Slideways + Auxiliary Guideway
One piece heavy casting design featuring four slideways plus an auxiliary guideway for maximum stability when machining large diameter workpieces.
4. High Accuracy pinion gears and rack for Long travel Z Axis System
To guarantee high repeatedly and positioning accuracy, the Z axis is moved by high precision France made double helical REDEX patented preloading system pinion gears and GUDEL brand Switzerland made high precision rack + linear scale for BC 8-12M.
5. Quick Change System for Multi Process Machining
One button to chang between turret, milling head, heavy duty boring bar holder, grinding head, and more—allowing one machine to perform multiple tasks and greatly boost flexibility.
