The FA100N Heavy Duty Flat Bed CNC Lathe is designed for manufacturers machining exceptionally large, heavy, and long workpieces that demand maximum rigidity, high torque, and outstanding machining stability. Featuring a maximum swing over bed of 2,550 mm and distance between centers ranging from 2,150 mm to 14,150 mm, the FA100N provides exceptional capacity for turning oversized shafts, large rollers, pressure vessels, pipes, flanges, and other extra-heavy industrial components.

Built with a heavy-duty one-piece cast bed, an ultra-rigid four-guideway plus auxiliary guideway structure, and a high-rigidity spindle system, the FA100N delivers excellent stability under demanding heavy-duty cutting conditions. Its automatic multi-speed gearbox provides high torque across a wide spindle speed range, enabling efficient roughing and precision finishing while maintaining consistent machining accuracy throughout extended production cycles. These features make the FA100N well suited for machining extremely large workpieces where rigidity and stability are critical.

To maximize production flexibility, the FA100N features a quick-change machining system that supports a turret, milling head, heavy-duty boring bar holder, and grinding head, allowing multiple machining processes to be performed on a single machine.
