The FA45N Heavy Duty Flat Bed CNC Lathe is engineered for machining extra-large, heavy, and long workpieces that require exceptional rigidity and stable cutting performance. Featuring a maximum swing over bed of 1,170 mm and distance between centers up to 14,150 mm, the FA45N is ideal for industries handling oversized shafts, rollers, pipes, flanges, and other high-load components.

Designed with a heavy-duty one-piece cast bed, a high-rigidity spindle system, and a four-guideway plus auxiliary guideway structure, the FA45N delivers excellent stability during demanding roughing and finishing operations. Its multi-stage gearbox provides high torque across a wide speed range, enabling efficient machining of large-diameter workpieces while maintaining machining accuracy.

To further enhance productivity, the FA45N supports a quick-change machining system, allowing operators to switch between a turret, milling head, heavy-duty boring bar holder, and grinding head for multi-process machining on a single machine. Combined with long-bed configurations and heavy-load capacity, the FA45N offers a versatile solution for manufacturers seeking reliable performance in heavy-duty turning applications.
