The Flat Bed CNC Lathe – LD 60 is a heavy-duty CNC turning machine engineered for large-scale machining of oversized workpieces. With a generous swing-over-bed capacity of 1,520 mm (60″) and swing-over-cross-slide of 1,110 mm (43.7″), it delivers the work envelope and structural strength needed to handle massive shafts, rollers, housings, and structural components used in energy, shipbuilding, mining, and heavy equipment manufacturing.

Built on a robust flat-bed box-way foundation, the LD 60 features a powerful spindle system and a wide carriage design for stable cutting performance over long axis travel. Standard configurations include reliable CNC controls, high-torque spindle drives, hydraulic turrets, automatic lubrication and coolant systems, and a hydraulic tailstock with rotating quill for enhanced support during precision turning and heavy material removal. Optional accessories such as spindle oil chillers, C-axis indexing, steady/follow rests, and chip conveyor systems further extend its versatility for complex machining tasks.
