The Flat Bed CNC Lathe – LD 45 is a heavy-duty CNC turning machine designed for machining large and heavy workpieces with high accuracy and stability. With a generous swing-over-bed capacity of 1,135 mm (45″)and robust flat-bed construction, it provides the rigidity needed for demanding turning operations on shafts, rollers, housings, and structural components used in energy, marine, and heavy machinery industries.

Equipped with a FANUC CNC control platform and high-torque spindle system supported by hydraulic turrets, the LD 45 delivers stable cutting performance and precise motion control across long axis travel. Its wide cross slide and carriage, along with optional accessories such as hydraulic tailstock, chip conveyors, C-axis indexing, and steady/follow rests, make it a versatile solution for both heavy roughing and precision finishing tasks in large-part machining environments.
